Roadmap

Link feedback to your product roadmap and show users what's coming.

Roadmap

The Lumifeed roadmap is a kanban board with four columns: Planned, Building, Complete, and Won't Do. You can link feedback items to roadmap entries so users and your team can see what you're working on.

Creating a roadmap item

  1. Go to Roadmap in your project sidebar
  2. Click + New Item
  3. Enter a title and description
  4. Set the status (Planned, Building, etc.)
  5. (Optional) Set an ETA
  6. Click Save

Linking feedback

In a feedback detail view, click Link to Roadmap to associate it with a roadmap item. Linked feedback:

  • Increases the item's vote count
  • Shows users their feedback was heard
  • Appears in the item's detail panel

You can also link from the roadmap item side: open an item → Linked Feedback tab → + Add.

Dragging items

Drag roadmap cards between columns to update their status. The change is saved automatically.

Sharing the roadmap

Go to Roadmap → Settings to:

  • Make the roadmap public (shareable URL, no login required)
  • Choose which columns to show publicly
  • Add a custom domain (Pro+)

Changelog integration

When you move an item to Complete, Lumifeed can automatically:

  • Create a changelog draft pre-populated with linked feedback
  • Notify users who submitted linked feedback

Enable in Roadmap → Settings → On Complete.
