Slack Integration

Send a Slack notification whenever new feedback arrives — including the message, sentiment, priority score, and a link to view it in the dashboard.

Setup

1. Go to Project Settings → Integrations → Slack
2. Click Connect to Slack
3. Authorize Lumifeed to post to your workspace
4. Choose a channel (e.g. #feedback, #product)
5. Click Save

Filters

By default, all feedback triggers a notification. You can filter:

• By type — only notify for bugs, or only for feature requests
• By priority — only notify when priority ≥ 70
• By sentiment — only notify for negative feedback

Configure filters in Project Settings → Integrations → Slack → Filters.

Disconnect

Go to Project Settings → Integrations → Slack and click Disconnect.
