Lumifeed is a feedback management platform. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The Lumifeed platform, including its design and code, is owned by Lumifeed. Your feedback data belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Lumifeed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
